Minerva Renovations is based in Bath and specialises in period property refurbishment and renovation.

The company was established by Matt Summers and Andrzej Lepa, qualified tradesmen who realised there was a gap in the market for builders who would actually listen to the client, work to budgets and deadlines.

Minerva Renovations prides itself on giving clients the highest quality service across a wide range of building requirements, from high-spec new houses, through extensions, to period renovations.

We have a growing portfolio of all types of building projects across Bath and North East Somerset, including both residential and commercial projects, extensions, barn conversions, garages and out-buildings, and have all the skills necessary to complete the building project from start to finish - from brickwork and roofing to plumbing, electrics, carpentry and plastering.
